I am Stephanie Martino

As a speaker and mindset coach, my mission is to empower women to conquer insecurities and the fear of failure by guiding them toward discovering and fulfilling the God-given purpose for their lives. Drawing on my own transformative journey, I’m passionate about helping my clients embrace a mindset rooted in faith, learning, and growth. I encourage a powerful shift from viewing life as something that happens to you, to recognizing that God is always working for you, shaping every experience to serve a greater purpose.

As a Christian woman who has spent over 27 years in corporate roles, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing faith and career. My goal is to empower women to experience the deeper fulfillment of discovering their true calling and taking decisive, faith-driven action to pursue it.

With 16 years of experience in corporate learning and facilitation, I have taught personal growth concepts and strategies both professionally and personally. I have also founded multiple organizations dedicated to promoting intentional growth and faith-centered living.

A bit more about me, personally…

I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and moved to Chicagoland in 1993.

After a 27-year career in corporate America, I made the bold decision to leap into entrepreneurship, which was both thrilling and scary. I’m so thankful to be doing what I love, and I haven’t looked back!

I met my husband on Match.com (yes, we are an online dating success!). We hit it off right from our first date over Mexican food (my FAVORITE), and the rest is history.

As a Christian, my faith is extremely important to me. I am a continual work in progress to be the best version of who God made me to be,

I don’t have children, so as a devoted dog lover and proud dog mom, my fur-children have always held a special place in my heart. I know you’re not supposed to have favorite ‘kids’, but Blue was mine. He acted more like a human than a dog and I miss him dearly. Our youngest, Shadow, has (thankfully) come a long way since the early years, and has also taught me a great deal of patience and resilience. We always say “it’s a good thing he’s cute!” :)

A few fun facts:

  • I can’t swim even though I’ve taken lessons twice.

  • I stayed in a hostel by myself the first time I visited London - and I survived!

  • My favorite movie is Tommy Boy.

  • I get stressed out (and end up burning something) when I am preparing too many dishes at once.

  • My pet peeve is when people don’t park straight in a parking spot.

As you can see, I’m not perfect and I don’t expect that you should be either.

If you believe we're a good fit, I'd be thrilled to explore how I can support you on your journey to a more fulfilling, purposeful, and impactful life!
